FAQ
1. How do I nominate my business?
You don’t need to nominate your business to be a part of Retail Employer of the Year. A nomination is activated by a vote for your brand. As soon as your business has received a single vote, you are automatically in the running.
Once you have been nominated Your local Retailworld Account Manager will reach out and provide you with a campaign information pack via email. Upon being notified of your nomination you may choose to opt out of the award.
2. How are the winners chosen?
Winners are chosen based on the number of votes received. We encourage you to campaign and promote your brand – pitch to the market why they should vote for you!

The integrity of the awards programme is important to the wider employment market and also to the retail industry, we take this seriously. An email address is required to submit a vote.
